Sijaitsee Ouran saaristossa, siellä on päärakennuksena vanha luotsiasema, missä on majoitus ja kokoustilaa, lisäksi vanha ryssänkasarmi missä on lisämajoitusta, 2 saunaa ja venevaja mistä tehty juhla ja kokoustila.
Eumer Sea Resort Ouraluoto, (25 vuodepaikkaa, 25 hlön kokoustila, koko saari)
Ouraluodon venevaja juhla/kokoustila 20-70 henkilö.
